Licensed in both Florida and Michigan, Suzanne brings her knowledge, dedication and enthusiasm to Cape Coral.
A native Detroiter, Suzanne became a Realtor in 1997 leaving her position as Director of Operations for Custom Services, LTD, a multi-million-dollar wholesale distributor serving the tri-county area of Detroit. In her 12-year stint, she rose from outside sales rep to Purchasing and Sales Manager culminating with her position as Director. Why then Real Estate?
“Changing careers and becoming a Realtor at age 44 was the best move I ever made. Selling real estate is a passion…not just a job. Let’s face it. I love houses AND I love people. Put the two together and there you have it. A Realtor for life!”
Suzanne has helped many First-Time Buyers and uses her own experiences as a guide. “I bought my first home when I was 19, sold it 10 years later and made every mistake in the book. I truly am a fiduciary and take that role very seriously. I want my customers to feel comfortable knowing that they have an agent on their side.”
Suzanne also specializes in estate sales. Selling the family home is more than just the real estate. It is a very emotional time with scores of details and decisions to be made. “I’ll play the role of mediator to see that all parties walk away still speaking to each other! I advise and supervise the updating and staging of the home. I’ll arrange clean outs. I’ll even clean the bathroom if it needs being done! That’s the kind of agent I am.”
Why now Cape Coral? “My husband and I chose this city as our new permanent home. The Cape is experiencing a renaissance and I will play my part. Blue skies, sunshine and smiling faces abound. This is it. Welcome to Paradise!”
