Meet Roger Morris: Sales Manager, Trainer, & Coach With over 27 years in real estate, Roger Morris is the embodiment of excellence, experience, and passion. As a seasoned real estate sales manager, trainer, and coach for more than 23 years, Roger now serves as the SWFL Regional Manager at ERA Cape Realty. Roger started his real estate career in Alaska in 1996, quickly becoming an award-winning top producer within just two years. In 1999, he answered the call to leadership as the office Sales Manager, laying the foundation for his role as a mentor and coach. In 2010, Roger and his family relocated to SW Florida, bringing his wealth of expertise to this vibrant market. Before diving into real estate, Roger honed his training skills as a Flight Operations Instructor at an international Aeronautics School, where he educated airline personnel from around the globe. His dedication to training is unwavering, holding a State of Florida Real Estate Instructor License and serving as a member of the Florida REALTORS® training faculty. As the Regional Manager at ERA Cape Realty, Roger's mission is crystal clear: to empower his team members to reach new heights of success in their daily real estate endeavors and guide new agents toward prosperous careers. Roger earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Emory University and resides in Cape Coral with his wife, Janet, of over 30 years. They have a daughter, Katherine, who is pursuing her graduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill.
