I’ve dealt with other realtors in the past but Cape Realty and Deb really set themselves apart from writing up a nice thorough statement about the home I am selling to hiring professional photographers and posting open house signs all over and listing the property on the Cape Realty website at no additional charge as a featured listing it is clear that they put their very best into every property as they did with both or my homes I sold. I truly feel grateful for dealing with a very professional and very responsive team. If I had to think what Cape Realty or Deb could do better…I wouldn’t know what to say…that’s how amazing they are. I’m very appreciative of everything as well as the fair and honest services I received, not to mention that fact that I ended up netting about $1,200 extra more than I expected.
